Delicious and Diigo are very similiar. They help people share and bookmark websites as well as tag them.
I went with Diigo for the fact that you can install it on your toolbar and your always signed in. You can highlight and share information. And you can remind yourself on events or have little footnotes for calander reminders.

Yeh sharing your thoughts in foot notes can be nice, and it lets you put your thoughs down on a subject but then not everyone can see what you put.
