Day-By-Day ("Take Me Over")

So I might have lied just a "tish" about our new song. I played it over and over again and tweeked the chorus a little bit and the intro might be scrapped out... I noticed it sounds like "For You" by Staind. Which kind of takes away from our sound. Well Tommorow is the first time we are actually going to practice it. wish us luck!!!!

iGoogle and Blogline

Today we learned about Blogline and iGoogle/Google reader. Needless to say I tend to enjoy iGoogle much more than Blogline. It's got a little more bells and whistles and it suits me.

Day-By-Day (The Daily Update)

Having a drummer and a bassist in the band that are brother and sister, there tends to be a little bit of drama. Drama is annoying, but not as annoying and useless as brother and sister drama. I could go on and on about how it peeves me so but, I've got good news!!! No I didn't save a bunch of money on my car insurance but i've finally finished the (rough) draft of our new song, "Take Me Over"!!!! and hopefully, we might be able to record our music and make a myspace profile!!!!!

Day-By-Day (The Daily Update)

Yesterday I had to go to the church and organize our equipment and noticed a few things were missing. Who in their right mind would steal in a Church? Well, besides that fact we are working on our first original. Being the singer in my band your stuck with the arrangements and you have to be open to suggestions, which sometimes I can struggle with. The new song we are working on is called "Take me over", the title is still a work in progress but it's a start. I was suppose to be writing guitar music and finishing all the arrangements up when I recieved a phone call from my pastor. He gave me some really good input on making the song that much more interesting. Can't wait for somebody to hear it!

I don't know what to say????

I really don't know why I like this blog post. But it's the funniest darn thing I have ever seen in my life. This says geek all over the place and "I live in my mom's house in the basement and she makes me cookies all day long." Haha.

What makes a good blog?

To tell you the truth I have no idea what makes a really good blog. I consider my blog somewhat of a journal that I keep. I am open for suggestions from anybody to make my blog more interesting.
